Our professional experience in control systems is based on more than 35 years in design and installation of cleanrooms and a broad installed base around the world. Besides hardware like manual speed controllers and premanufactured power supply and bus cabling systems for Filter Fan Units we also provide control and monitoring systems including all hard- and software required to monitor up to thousands of units in larger cleanroom facilities from a central monitoring desk. Customized software applications allow to visualize online the operating state of cleanroom facilities and monitoring of parameters such as air temperature, relative humidity, differential pressures through a graphical user interface. All products and systems for cleanroom controlling and monitoring are applicable for semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing including all certifications required to comply with manufacturing standards and practices.
